The much awaited match between these 3-0 teams was settled at the hardcourt with TFC prevailing at the end. Butch Sanchez and Paul Nicdao with 24 combined points proved too much to handle. It was an evenly matched game up to the last few minutes of the last half, until Rudolf Santos of TFC made a critical three-pointer. On the other hand, Luis Alvarez, Jess Fabian, Andrew Ronde and Dexter Quezon provided most of the points for the Titans.TFC battles SFC Manila Bay on a wildcard match that may favor SFC if they win big against the Mainliners.

I was very disappointed at TITANS performance. Maraming nag laro na pinipilit kahit na malas sa court. Then yung ibang swerte hindi na pinasok. If they will stay the same, no more playoff for them. Wala ba silang coach? Proper distribution of players and chemistry is needed. Lots of talented players but hindi mag connect eh. Sayang talaga. Titans need a good coach

I agree with what titans fan said. There were lots of titans players in attendance but unfortunately a lot of them remained on the bench, or saw very little playing time on the court. They were very good in the first half of the game! 13-13! With such a low score for both teams, that really showed how tough all the players were. But for Titans, I feel that they let loose in the last few minutes of the second half. Parang nawalan na ng gana. Maraming sinayang na opportunity to score. Di na humabol pa. Too bad, very disappointing.
The referees were also too tight in the game. Sobrang daming uncalled for na fouls.
Anyway, goodluck on the next game Titans. You can still make it to the playoffs!

Observation lang ha, I saw GKW playing also at napansin ko na hindi lahat nakapasok pero nanalo sila dahil hirap din sila sa EXCEL. Sayang talaga.

It proved to be an exciting game between Titans and TFC-Mainline last Saturday. The final score does not tell the the whole story. We were able to show TFC that we can run with them. Unfortunately the Titans got decimated by foul troubles. Most of our starting line-up were out of the game in the last minutes when we could have rallied for a closer score.
I hope the referees will let us 'play' this coming Saturday. I might be biased but there were a lot of questionable foul calls that were called in that game. I remember 1 steal from last Saturday and I'm sure we got a lot more from our previous 3 games. Also a game can be physical but not dirty. As one of the original participants of the PAAD basketball league, the Titans team is all for fair play and sportmanship.
Regardless, despite the loss, most of the Titans players showed up for a few rounds of 'gulp' that night. That's what this team is all about, having fun together on and off the basketball court. Cheers!
sorry to say but this game was a dissapointment to my eyes. I thought these two teams would be a solid team since i've been hearing a lot from people about them. After watching their game, man was I dissappointed. TFC played a decent game, but Delaware Titans played a horrible game. They were really sloppy. Chuckin up shots here and there. Not moving the ball around. Sorry, but that team needs more work if they plan to succeed and be the champion. TFC is almost there, but still needs more work as well. If either of these teams represent division A, I highly doubt they'll beat anybody in division B. either GK or Red Bulls will crush both these teams into pieces...
PLEASE don't take this personal beacuse im just expressing my thoughts. Take this as a criticism that can maybe motivate you to play better.

Cheers to what mojoe said! Goodluck to the game this Saturday! If Titans can get to the top 2 in div A, and ultimately to the championship games, we will be happy for them. If not, we will still be their avid supporters, until they hang their jerseys. I don't know if some still remember their friendship game last year. It was a lot more exciting to watch than the championship games. Titans play with all their hearts be it for the top trophy or not. They are good friends in and out of the court and they join the league to have fun playing. If they win any trophy, it's just icing on the cake.

The first half ang ganda eh. perfect para sa TITANS.... may teamwork, but pag dating ng 2nd half parang kanya kanya na lang eh. para bang mas focus kayo sa inuman nyo kesa sa laro. walang pasahan,lahat pinipilit. Sorry pero masakit lang tignan sa isang humahanga ang nangyari eh. Sana manalo kayo sa Saturday para makabawi tayo. I'm telling this para malaman nyo na may mga taong umaasang manalo kayo every game. Play as a team yun bang walang superstar but as a team.

Congratulations TFC/Mainline. You guys played your hardest and it paid off in the end! Just keep it cool all the time and don't let all the criticisms get in to you! I’m so amazed how patient you guys are. No matter how much criticisms you guys received, you guys played it clean and proved everyone wrong. Good luck on your next game! If I'm not mistaken, Titans has beaten PHI (formerly Astonians) in 2006 for 3rd place. With that said, they can probably be beaten again by Titans. They're both newer teams now, either with new team name or new players. Goodluck to both teams this Saturday!

Titans did beat PHI but that was years ago, cmon were talking 2006 here. Both teams are wayyyy different now. The Titans are better now as well as PHI. Both have good chances of winning their upcoming game.
Titans beat PHI in 2006 by 4pts. Titans was up by as much as 15, maybe even 20pts. I dont think PHI recovered from their loss the week before against WSA back then, a game they should have won. Titans did a great job but started messing up when the young PHI team started playing intense defense. There wasnt just enough time for PHI to win it. So please Titans dont do that again :-)
Last year PHI beat the Titans by 22pts!!!! Thats without Will Imperial but Steve Antonio didnt play as well for the Titans(i think, cant remember fully)...
My prediction, either of the two teams can come up with a win, they are both great teams. I think the Titans has a slight advantage due to their experience and they have played together for years but PHI has the talent, height and speed so pls Titans do well!!! Play hard TITANS! best of luck PHI as well (just to be fair)..
